The Grade II listed wood panelled Reading Room is located on the first floor of the society’s HQ at the Old Fire Station. It has a modern kitchen (with dishwasher) and toilet facilities.
NEW: The room now has picture hanging system so it can be used as a gallery/exhibition space.
Hire charges:
- Up to 2 hours £25.00
- Up to 4 hours £35.00
- Daily rate £55.00
Hirers are asked to sign a Terms and Conditions form and follow the instructions in the Health and Safety Guide including instructions in case of fire.
Regrettably, the room is not suitable for the disabled as it can only be accessed by a flight of stairs.
